It won't be anywhere near that expensive, it'll be around the level of the PS2.

It's all hype - making people expect it to be really expensive and then release it at half the price so people think it's good "value".

Serves them right if it does end up being expensive, just shows they don't know what they're doing when it comes to making games look pretty. I won't buy one if it ends up being really pricey, I'll wait for them to go cheap which will probably be never. They shouldn't of bothered trying to out beat Microsoft, how they though they could is silly :P. If it is very pricey theres gonna be alot of sad faces on kids cos they can't have them cos it's too much money. Oh well :p

It's rumored to be between $400-$500. Some people claim it will be $465.
